Three ways to work with us
Oxford EMBA & MBA Admission Programme
£4,800 total
Oxford and Cambridge only · selective entry · full-refund commitment
This programme is open only to candidates applying to the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge. Because we commit to a full refund of fees if an accepted candidate does not receive an offer, entry to the programme is selective: we review your CV and hold an initial consultation before confirming that we can act for you.

Complete Support with native-speaker review of your CV, essays and interview preparation. The £1,000 difference buys one thing: Jeff Roah reads every document before it leaves us.

The Oxford and Cambridge programme covers two schools for less than two Premium engagements because the two applications draw on the same body of knowledge. We are not doing the work twice.

When we say no
We are not the right answer for everyone.
If your profile is not yet ready, the honest advice is to apply in a later cycle — and that is the advice we will give you. If an Executive MBA is not the right move at all, we will say so.
For the Oxford and Cambridge programme specifically, we decline candidates whose profile is not yet ready, because the full-refund commitment only works if we are honest at the gate. Where we cannot act, we say which of the other services would still serve you, or what would need to change before a later application.
Individual services
Help with one part of the application
Fees are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction. Payable by bank transfer in two instalments — on engagement, and on submission of the first application.

What does the full-refund commitment cover?
This programme is open only to candidates applying to the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge. Because we commit to a full refund of fees if an accepted candidate does not receive an offer, entry to the programme is selective: we review your CV and hold an initial consultation before confirming that we can act for you. The commitment applies to the Oxford EMBA & MBA Admission Programme only. It does not apply to Premium or Complete Support, which are offered without it.
Why is the programme limited to Oxford and Cambridge?
Oxford and Cambridge assess applicants on closely related criteria, so the same insight applies to both. Our counsel draws on the Oxford Saïd Executive MBA as a graduate of that programme. Extending the same commitment to schools we do not know at first hand would not be honest.
Do you work with candidates outside Japan?
Yes. Sessions are held online and we work across time zones — evening slots in Japan Standard Time correspond to the European working day. Written work is conducted in English throughout; counselling can be in English or Japanese.
Who does the work?
Hiroaki Tamura handles strategy, structure and the substance of every application personally. Jeff Roah reviews language, argument and register on all documents in Premium Support and the Oxford programme. We do not subcontract, and there are no junior associates.
How many candidates do you take?
We accept no more than five candidates a year into the Oxford and Cambridge programme. The other services are not capped in the same way, but the practice is deliberately small and every engagement is handled by the two counsellors named on this site.
