Since 2016 we have guided twelve candidates to offers from leading European programmes, including Oxford Saïd, Cambridge Judge and London Business School. The admissions below are those we are able to publish with the candidate’s consent.

| Kohei Watanabe | London Business School, Executive MBA (also admitted to Oxford Saïd) | 2025 |
| Takayuki Omori | University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, Executive MBA | 2025 |

| Satoshi Sakurai | University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, Executive MBA | 2018 |
| H.T | University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, Executive MBA (also admitted to HEC Paris) | 2017 |
Confirmed offers, published with each candidate’s consent. H.T has asked that we use initials. Updated August 2026.
The Oxford & Cambridge programme
We commit to the outcome.
This programme is open only to candidates applying to the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge. Because we commit to a full refund of fees if an accepted candidate does not receive an offer, entry to the programme is selective: we review your CV and hold an initial consultation before confirming that we can act for you.
This is not a discount and not a promotional device. It is how we align our interest with yours: we only accept candidates we believe we can help to an offer, and if we are wrong, you do not pay.
We take on no more than five candidates in this programme each year.
Who we work with
The candidates we serve
Executives applying to Oxford or Cambridge
You have decided on Oxbridge and want counsel from someone who has been through the same admissions process and the programme that follows it.
Professionals targeting leading European programmes
You are weighing Oxford, Cambridge, London Business School, INSEAD and HEC, and need a school strategy before you write a word.
Candidates applying in a second language
You are confident in your career but not in writing about it in English. Our native-speaker counsellor reviews every document that leaves our hands.
Are you competitive for the Oxford Executive MBA?
Eight questions, about three minutes. You will get a candid read on where your profile stands and what it would take to be competitive — not a sales pitch.
We are not the right answer for everyone.
If your profile is not yet ready, the honest advice is to apply in a later cycle — and that is the advice we will give you. If an Executive MBA is not the right move at all, we will say so.
Success stories
In their words
Oxford’s third essay — two thousand words, and far more searching than other schools ask for — would not have been straightforward on my own. Tamura-san had completed the Oxford EMBA himself and knew what the school looks for.
The most reassuring part was being shown essays that had actually been admitted. Nothing is less efficient than preparing without knowing the standard you are being held to.
I chose this service because the counsellor is a certified public accountant, as I am, so I could trust his career, knowledge and experience. Without his support I would not have come through the admissions process.
Counsellors
Two counsellors, and no one else
There are no junior associates and we do not subcontract. The person you meet at the first consultation is the person who works on your application to the end.
Hiroaki Tamura
Principal — Oxford Saïd Executive MBA · CPA and Licensed Tax Accountant (Japan) · formerly Deloitte · Alumni Ambassador, Pembroke College, Oxford
He prepared his own Oxford application while working full time, and so understands at first hand the four pressures that decide most Executive MBA applications: time, English, career timing and funding. He handles the strategy and substance of every engagement personally.
