Who we are

Next Stage Oxford is a trading name of Interarc Consulting Inc., a company registered in Japan and established in 2016. We provide admissions counselling for Executive MBA and MBA applicants.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us: the details you enter in our enquiry form (name, email address, country of residence, employment and education details, target schools and intake, sponsorship status, and any message you write), any CV or supporting document you choose to email us, and correspondence with us.

Our self-assessment tool sends nothing to us. Your answers are processed in your browser and are neither stored nor transmitted.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess whether we can act for you, and to provide the services you engage us for. If you ask to receive our written guides, we will also use your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with business schools, employers or any third party without your explicit instruction. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not take forward are deleted within twelve months. Records of engagements are kept for as long as Japanese tax and company law requires, and then deleted.

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are read. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the enquiry form and we will act on the request within one month. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
